A credit card is required to hold your appointment reservation. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact Atlas Therapy at with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
We handle repeated cancellations with the following policy:
- First Late Cancellation: Warning
- Second Late Cancellation: 50% of appointment value due
- Third Late Cancellation: Full value of appointment due
- After three late cancellations: prepayment for any subsequent appointments will be required.
- No-Call/No-Show: 50% of appointment value due. Prepayment for future appointments may be required.
- Two consecutive NC/NS incidents: Full value of appointment due
